Spotlight Retail is fully committed to your satisfaction. If for any reason you would like to return or exchange your UN-USED and UN-OPENED products, please follow these guidelines.
- Items must be returned within 60 days from the date of purchase.
- Customers must call Spotlight Retail (1.888.844.0006) to receive a Return Authorization Number.
- Please send the "UN-USED" items back to Spotlight Retail, insured for their full value with a traceable shipping carrier.
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Upon inspection of the returned items, Spotlight Retail will issue a refund minus the original shipping costs incured by Spotlight Retail.
- If the items have been opened however they are still new & unused, a %15 re-stocking fee will be applied.
